Few-shot / zero-shot
Zero-shot: asking with no examples. Few-shot: including two or three worked examples of what good output looks like ("shot" = example).
Why it matters: examples are the cheapest quality upgrade available. Showing the model three well-written summaries beats three paragraphs describing what a good summary is.
