PropWise
An address-to-property dossier that brings imagery, environmental data, local context, and an editable report into one bilingual workflow.

What it helps with
Property due diligence often means opening many separate imagery, weather, air-quality, solar, walkability, and local-search tools, then writing a report by hand. PropWise puts those inputs beside the draft dossier so the reviewer can see what shaped it.
What was built
The prototype starts with an address, gathers roughly eight external source families, runs visual and report analysis in two stages, and presents a document rather than a wall of dashboard tiles. The report is editable, imagery has review controls, and the workflow supports English and Hungarian. It is an information aid, not an appraisal or investment recommendation.
What made it different
The report is the product. Keeping the imagery, named sources, draft findings, and edit controls in one place makes the automation reviewable and gives a property professional a practical way to correct context before the document leaves the workspace.
A property report should keep its evidence and draft together, so the professional can check the claim before using it.
What it demonstrates
- Multi-view property analysis
- English and Hungarian workflows
- Editable assessment reports
