MedHubAI
A clinic communications product designed to answer approved routine questions across web, phone, and messaging from one controlled knowledge layer.

What it helps with
Clinic teams answer the same practical questions across calls, websites, and messages, while patients often need those answers outside reception hours. The product has to make routine information easier to reach without turning a communications layer into an autonomous clinical authority.
What was built
The current product and website describe a shared clinic knowledge layer for approved routine questions across web, phone, and messaging. The whole-clinic model connects patients, administrators, doctors, and practice managers around the same controlled information. The public sources support the product direction, but they do not independently prove clinic count, response accuracy, or production performance.
What made it different
The stronger idea is organisational rather than technical: stop building a different assistant for every channel and give the clinic one place to own the information and the boundaries. That makes handoff and responsibility part of the product from the beginning.
In healthcare, the useful product is the connection between people and approved information. The system should never pretend to replace the clinic.
What it demonstrates
- Routine patient communication across channels
- Clinic-owned knowledge and boundaries
- Human handoff by design
