Insurgent Campaign
A Claude campaign-planning Skill for people who are outspent and outgunned, also portable to OpenCode, Cursor, Codex, and other compatible agent environments.

What it helps with
A smaller organisation cannot beat an incumbent by copying the incumbent’s media plan with a fraction of the money. Insurgent looks for the part of the contest that money does not automatically own: credibility, a sharper message, community trust, and work people choose to carry without being paid to do it.
What was built
The user pastes a campaign brief into a Claude Skill that also runs in OpenCode, Cursor, Codex, and other compatible agent environments. The Skill tests the offer behind a hard message-and-market-fit gate; if the evidence is missing, it refuses the campaign and proposes a discovery cycle first. If the case is ready, it develops several distinct campaign shapes, lets the user choose, then returns first-thirty-days actions, a lift test, and a dashboard that separates genuine effect from platform vanity numbers.
What made it different
Insurgent is designed to protect the user from a plausible-looking campaign built on weak foundations. It will not quietly invent an unnamed competitor or spend its way around an unproven message. Paid distribution is reserved for work that has already earned a response, so the plan measures what changed because of the campaign rather than reporting activity as success.
When the spending contest is unwinnable, the campaign has to earn trust and prove the message before it buys reach.
What it demonstrates
- A hard message-and-market-fit refusal gate
- Anti-fabrication rules for unnamed competitors and unsupported claims
- A portable Skill with campaign shapes, a 30-day plan, and a lift test
