What it helps with

Hospitality teams need a simple moment for encouraging a review, then a dependable way to understand which venue, card, or staff member the interaction belongs to. Reply drafting can help with the follow-up, but the public response still needs a recorded human decision.

What was built

The MVP links physical NFC and QR cards to guest review pages, keeps card, venue, company, and staff attribution, and shows review and conversion activity in role-based dashboards. Reply drafts are stored with accept or reject decisions rather than being silently published. The client, brand, and private operating details stay anonymous in this portfolio.

What made it different

The distinctive part is the physical-to-digital chain. One tap can be traced through the right venue and staff context, while the more sensitive public reply remains a human choice with a record behind it. This is careful hospitality product design, not a forced claim about autonomous agents.

Lesson learned

A tiny guest action becomes useful to the business when the physical touchpoint, staff attribution, and follow-up decision remain connected.

What it demonstrates

  • NFC and QR review encouragement
  • Card, venue, and staff attribution
  • Dashboards and recorded reply-draft decisions
