Automation-Property Index
An interactive index mapping automation vulnerability across 58 regions in five markets, bringing economic, property, public-sentiment, and trend information into one view.
What it helps with
Automation risk is often discussed at country level, even though employment, housing, affordability, and public confidence vary sharply between regions. The Automation-Property Index makes those local differences visible across the UK, US, EU, Canada, and Mexico.
What was built
The dashboard maps 58 regions and gives each one a composite automation-vulnerability score. It combines official economic and property information with public-sentiment signals, structured regional summaries, and trend views over six-month, two-year, and five-year horizons. Every metric carries its source, confidence score, and observation date, so the reader can see what supports the result and how current it is.
What made it different
Bringing labour-market and property signals together makes the regional impact easier to explore than a single national automation figure. The provenance and confidence information also keeps the index inspectable: trend views remain informed estimates, while the underlying measurements and their limits stay visible.
A regional index is more useful when every underlying measure keeps its source, confidence, and observation date.
What it demonstrates
- 58 regions across five markets
- Economic, property, automation, and public-sentiment signals
- Source, confidence, and observation date for every metric
